Terms of Service

The short version

Use Vakt360 to monitor your own applications, lawfully. You own your data; we only process it to run the service and delete events on the schedule your plan sets. Paid plans renew until you cancel. The service is provided as-is, and our liability is limited. Be reasonable, and we will too.

Who we are

Vakt360 is operated by Dalysie AS, registered in Norway. "We", "us" and "Vakt360" mean Dalysie AS. "You" means the person or organisation using the service.

Using Vakt360

You may use Vakt360 to receive, group and alert on errors from applications you own or are authorised to monitor. You must be able to form a binding contract and, if you use it for an organisation, be authorised to act for it.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of your workspaces. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data and events

You keep all rights in the data and error events you send. You grant us the limited right to host and process them only to provide the service (grouping, symbolication, alerting, and storage for your retention window). You are responsible for what your applications send and for having a lawful basis to send it. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vakt360 to break the law, infringe others' rights, send data you are not permitted to process, attempt to breach or overwhelm the service, or resell it without our agreement. Do not deliberately route special-category personal data through the service. We may act on clear abuse.

Plans, billing and overage

The Free plan is offered at no charge. Paid plans (Team, Business) are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Polar, as merchant of record, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes handled at checkout.

Each plan includes a monthly event allowance. If you enable overage, events beyond the allowance are billed at the published per-100k rate up to the hard cap you set; with overage off, ingestion pauses at the allowance until the next period. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings › Billing. If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short grace period and then downgrade the workspace to Free.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Vakt360 available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and will avoid materially reducing core functionality of a paid plan without notice.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will catch every issue in your applications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our intellectual property

Vakt360, its software, and its brand are owned by Dalysie AS. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or clear abuse. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in line with our retention policy; you can export your account beforehand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and the courts of Norway have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, where it applies, the Data Processing Agreement, are the entire agreement between us about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
