The database has no public endpoint; it is reachable only from our own services, behind a web application firewall.
PII scrubbed at ingest
Authorization headers, cookies, tokens and card-like values are redacted server-side before an event is stored.
Encrypted in transit
Traffic to and from the service is encrypted, and secrets are held in a managed key vault, never in code.

Clear controller and processor roles
For the error events your apps send, you are the controller and Dalysie AS is the processor. Our Data Processing Agreement sets this out, and every third party we rely on is listed on the subprocessors page. Nothing hidden.
You decide what gets sent
Your SDK controls what leaves your app, and our server-side scrubbing is a second line of defence. Set your own retention per project, from 30 days up, so data does not linger longer than you need.
Export and erasure, built in
Exercise the right to data portability and the right to be forgotten from the dashboard: export your account data at any time, and erase your account and its data when you are done. No support ticket required.

Roles and permissions
Invite your team as owner, admin, member, billing or read-only, so people see and change only what their role allows.
Enforceable two-factor
Two-factor authentication is available to everyone, and an owner can require it for the whole workspace.
Tamper-evident audit log
Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail with a hash chain, so the history of who did what cannot be quietly altered.
