Pricing FAQ
What counts as an event?
Each error captured by an SDK counts as one event, the same definition Sentry uses. Performance transactions and session replays are not counted against your event quota.
What happens if I go over my plan's events?
Team and Business meter overage per 100,000 events, up to a hard cap you set yourself, so a bad night never turns into a surprise invoice. Free stops accepting new events until your usage resets the next month, and Scale is arranged as a custom plan.
How long is data retained?
Free keeps 30 days of events, Team keeps 90 days, Business keeps 180 days, and Scale keeps 365 days. Business and Scale can export their data at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually on Team or Business saves two months compared to paying monthly.
Can I downgrade later?
Any time, from your billing settings. Your event quota and retention change at the start of your next billing period, and nothing is deleted early.
