Subprocessors
Last updated 30 August 2026
We use a small number of vetted providers to run Vakt360. Each is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our own, and we remain responsible for their performance.
Processors that handle your event data
These process the personal data contained in the error events you send us. This is the list that matters for sub-processor authorisation under the Data Processing Agreement. Your event data stays in the European Union.
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Hosting and running the service, including the database that stores your events, and object storage for uploaded source maps | Account data and all error events | European Union (Sweden) |
Other service providers
These handle your own account and billing details to run the service. They never receive your error-event data, so they sit outside the sub-processor authorisation list above and are covered by our Privacy Policy.
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mailhuset (Dalysie AS) | Transactional and security email (verification, invitations, billing and alert notifications) | Account holder's email address and the notification content | EU / US (delivered via Amazon SES) |
| Polar | Card payments and subscriptions, as merchant of record | Billing contact and payment details (entered on Polar's hosted checkout; never stored by us) | United States |
Changes
We will update this page before engaging a new subprocessor that processes customer data, and, for customers under our Data Processing Agreement, in line with the notice terms there. If you would like to be told about changes, email support@vakt360.com and we will add you to the notification list.
A note on payments
Polar acts as merchant of record, so card details are entered on Polar's own hosted checkout and are never seen or stored by Vakt360. We receive only the resulting subscription status and the provider's customer and subscription identifiers.
